Imagery
The photo/image material provided by us can be used for general promotion, print materials (excluding packaging materials) as well as on social media and websites or similar but only in conjunction with the name BLUE SEVEN. The footage must be marked with the BLUE SEVEN logo or BLUE SEVEN. Advertisements in any magazines and newspapers, etc. may only be made after consultation with us.

 
Videos:

The campaign/making-of films provided by us can be used at the POS. Internet/TV advertising, etc. only with prior written consent of H. Obermeyer GmbH & Co. KG.

The right to use the enclosed Spring/Summer 2024 images/videos, sent to you today, expires on 11th of November 2024.
 
The Spring/Summer 2024 images/videos can thus be used for one selling season only. Any use of the images/videos beyond this period and/or any unlawful use of images/photos/pictures/videos/logo may result in significant financial claims by the photographer, featured models and/or H. Obermeyer GmbH & Co. KG. We assume no liability for unlawful usage by your side.
 
The right to use the enclosed Autumn/Winter 2024/25 images/videos, sent to you today, expires on 13th of May 2025.
