BLUE SEVEN Logo: 
The worldwide rights to the BLUE SEVEN logo are held by H. Obermeyer GmbH & Co. KG, Oberstaufen, Germany. The logo may be used for appropriate promotion only with prior written consent from H. Obermeyer GmbH & Co. KG. This consent may be revoked by us at any time.

Imagery:
The photo/image material provided by us can be used for general promotion, print materials (excluding packaging materials), as well as on social media and websites or similar platforms, but only in conjunction with the name BLUE SEVEN. The imagery must be marked with the BLUE SEVEN logo or © BLUE SEVEN. Advertisements in any magazines, newspapers, etc., may only be made after consultation with us.

Videos: 
The campaign/making-of films provided by us can be used at the POS. Internet/TV advertising, etc., is only allowed with prior written consent from H. Obermeyer GmbH & Co. KG.

The right to use the enclosed Spring/Summer 2025 images/videos, expires on December 31st, 2025. The Spring/Summer 2025 images/videos can thus be used for one selling season only. Any use of the images/videos beyond this period and/or any unlawful use of images/photos/pictures/videos/logo may result in significant financial claims by the photographer, featured models, and/or H. Obermeyer GmbH & Co. KG. We assume no liability for unlawful usage on your part.

The right to use the enclosed Autumn/Winter 2024 images/videos, expires on July 31st, 2025. The Autumn/Winter 2024 images/videos can thus be used for one selling season only. Any use of the images/videos beyond this period and/or any unlawful use of images/photos/pictures/videos/logo may result in significant financial claims by the photographer, featured models, and/or H. Obermeyer GmbH & Co. KG. We assume no liability for unlawful usage on your part.

By ordering and receiving our image material/video, including through third parties, the recipient/user expressly accepts without restriction the present terms and conditions.
